1. Manager: Back Office

To manage back office works, well conversant with computer applications and latest softwares viz. Ms. Windows, Ms. Office 2007 and electronic gadgets viz. Fax, scanner, Photo copiers and Web applications and should be also experienced in Digitalizing the records and Data management, Physical filling & records, working on social networking, can maintain BLOG. Knowledge of travel plan, ticketing, hotel booking, Good English communication skills are necessary and Business correspondence will also be entertained.

2. Experienced Corporate Communicator

To communicate about our company mission, about products and to create brand building and marketing strategies, liaison with all the Govt. 3. Project Consultant

• Capable of Drafting Comprehensive Project Reports.
• Know the submission to Agriculture, Horticulture Department, Board of Medicinal Plants, KVIC, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, and Dairy etc.
• Should be conversant with latest admissible subsidies.
• Should have knowledge of related applications and obtaining grants

4. Horticulturist

• Candidate to take independent charge of developing 150 hectares of arid zone land into fruit bearing tree plantation and fodder cultivation.
• Entire responsibility from selection of suitable trees to plantation and growth would have to be borne by him.

5. Veterinary Compounder (Livestock Assistant)

• Having 2 years experience in appropriate medication.
• Confident of being able to handle 150 cows efficiently.
• Should have thorough knowledge of AI & PD.

6. Veterinary Doctor (B.Vsc.)

• Confident of handling Dairy farms with 300 Cows.
• Take full charge of Medication, Nutrition and reproduction.
• Health record of each and every animal shall have to be monitored and stored through systematic computer applications.
• Management of Nursing Staff should be vested in Him.

7. Dairy Technologist

• Candidate possessing good Academic Background.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the field.
• Confident to take independent charge of the plant i.e. technological up gradation of plant & machinery for quality improvement, cost reduction and uses of waste residual.
• He would also be responsible for process control from Milk reception to Pasteurization/Sterilization, making Paneer, Dahi, Rasgulla and other syrup based sweets.
• Eventually the ideal packing system shall have to be introduced for extension of shelf life and creation of marketing Appeal.

8. Accountant

• With minimum of 2 years working experience on computer operations of BUSY accounting software.
• Having conceptual clarity on accounting principles and practices.

• Must be confident to safeguard interest of the company at the offices of Tax authorities, Banks/Financial Institutions/Auditors and Registrar of Companies.
• Capable of handling subordinate staff.
• Minimum 10 years or more experience as working in Pvt. / Public limited company is essential.

10. Manager Commercial

• Who should have good skills in English correspondence and to communicate about our company mission, about products and to create brand building and marketing strategies, liaison with MNCs, Government offices, Banks / Financial Institutions/ The World Bank/ The UNO and various other world organizations including print and electronic media and to represent the company at various forums.
• Should be able to search useful information’s on websites of Dairy & Agriculture Development Projects of International reputation.
• Must be able to collect and compile data for presentation through management information service to Board of Director, aiming at Technological up gradation of the project facilities and cost reduction in process of production.
• Who should have the capability of presentation, organizing events and media management.
