We, Rosebay Organic Foods Pvt. Ltd., being pioneer in organic cow milk producer, are committed to the all round growth of Nation, society and general public, en mass. Dairy industry in India is going to attain 40-50% growth (y to y).

 

Introduction

Milk is natural and essential food for human being worldwide. India is facing shortage of milk, more especially clean, hygienic & quality milk is not at all available, further more certified organic cows fat free milk. To meet growing demand, the touts coming up with spurious/synthetic milk. Consumption of such white substance with the name of milk/milk products is dangerous to the life of human being.

We are India’s first and only certified organic cow dairy farm owner providing clean, hygienic and quality milk and Ghee, finest in the country with an aim to tell the world about best animal welfare, to earn carbon credits from green field project, with lowest consumption of water along with highest recharge of rain water as well as recycled water, largest producer of bio-fertilizers and planning to produce cow urine for medicinal and pro-biotic use. Our focus is very clear to save earth, human being and animals, atmosphere and environment from hazardous chemicals and chronic disease. With these prime aims the company is set up its dairy project at Raila, District Bhilwara, Rajasthan.

The main objects of Rosebay Organic Foods Pvt. Ltd., besides commercial production of organic milk for reasonable profit earning, are:

• Social Welfare: In the Indian sub-continent, the milk is produced from cows, buffalo goats and sheep. Most of the villagers and farmers keep cows and buffalo for their milk requirements. It has been seen that these farmers are not aware of economics of dairy farming because this is being carried on by generations together. Also, they have very small herd of 2 to 5 cattle. Most of the milk is consumed by their family itself. A small number of farmers sell the remaining milk after their own consumption, at very low price in the local market.

Our aim is to bring these small farmers/cow owners under the umbrella of Rosebay Organic Foods Pvt. Ltd. and to educate them to up-keep their animals in scientific manner for quality production and market their milk at better prices.



• We are also intending to attract young entrepreneurs from amongst villagers and to provide training to develop agricultural, herbal and animal feed/fodder farming along with whatever ROSEBAY is doing they can do at their own are so that entire country get benefited.


• Animal Welfare: India is far behind in respect of quality animal wealth. We, at Rosebay Organic Foods Pvt. Ltd. are committed to provide every one for high yield breeding facility. Routine check-up of milking animals is another area we are planning to take-up. Seminars/camps will be conducted to impart awareness amongst the villagers in respect of well being of their farming and milking animals.
• Backward and forward Integration: There are various small scale/cottage industries which can be associated with the dairy farming business.


• Dairy farms need green and dry fodder, fodder blocks/cakes, Concentrate feed for cattle. Cultivation of grains and grass, fodder block/cake plants, plants for grinding and mixing of animal grade food-grains/de-oiled cakes, etc., can be established as backward integration.


• Dairy farming has good potential for forward integration. To name among others are milk products, viz., curd, paneer, ghee, margarine, cream, yogurt, cheese, khowa, sweets, rasagolla, etc. Cow urine is known medicated liquid to cure lots of skin and other diseases. Researches have shown that cow urine has the ability to cure diabetes, prevent spreading cancer. Cow dung is a good source of energy. After complete dry, it is used as fuel in almost all villages. It can also be used to produce bio-fuel, bio-power, vermy compost manure as bio-fertilizers. Cow dung is used as ingredient in manufacture of agarbatti, dhoop, havan samagri, card board, craft paper, fire briquettes, etc.


• Employment Enhancement: However our farms will be fully mechanized and also technologically advanced then also Rosebay Organic Foods Pvt. Ltd. will employ a huge no. of persons to be employed in one or the another way world wide.


• Global Warming: The entire work done by Rosebay Organic Foods Pvt. Ltd. attracts the huge carbon credits.


• Future Plans: In the next phase of expansion, we are going to launch long shelf life fat free cow milk, herbal/energy milk, herbal/low cholesterol ghee and other health and wellness dairy products. We are also planning for development of an organic mega food park which in future would become first of its kind.
