Let’s start by understanding that milk remains fresh only till the moment it does not get in contact with oxygenic elements present in atmosphere. It has been scientifically proved that once milk is taken out from the cow or any other milking animal, the moment it comes in contact with oxygen there are bacteria’s generated in it which start growing at the compounded speed. There are no doubts that most of these bacteria’s are dead after the milk is boiled but are not removed completely from the milk and thus indirectly they enter into our body, which can be harmful. This is the main reason why open milk cannot sustain for longer periods of time.

There are solutions to the given problem like sterilizing the milk which can enhance the shelf life of milk but due to various reasons not many serious efforts have been made in this arena, whereas in the developed countries Pure, Hygienic & Fresh milk is emphasized & produced using the automotive techniques. The prominent reason behind the same is the lack of education to people about this concept of Pure, Hygienic & Fresh milk and there are barely any such initiatives taken by any related agencies or industry participants in our country.

The other important reason is the extreme competitive commercialization of the milk industry in our country which mainly focuses on making higher volumes & higher profit margin rather than stressing on quality.

Therefore, keeping to the promise of serving our consumers with best quality products produced with the most nutritious & hygienic way which is also benefiting our society along with our environment, we at ROSEBAY are following the Organic way of production for our products. We have our dairy farm at Raila, Bhilwara in the Royal state of Rajasthan.
