The fat free milk can eventually be converted into milk powder. Such milk powder has hygienic features and the shelf life much more than conventional milk powder. It is an ideal milk supplement for defense forces and personnel living on high altitudes. In such remote areas regular liquid milk supply remains only an open eye dream. Milk powder from milk of best breed of cows, having organic ingredients with extended shelf life, is like a boon.


Processing Of Milk under Most Ideal Hygienic Conditions

With a view to enhance the efficiency and to eliminate direct contact of workmen with milk, the company has adopted automated bucket milking machine. Commensurate to gradual increase in capacity, technological up gradation would be made successively to milk Parlor. Eventually to Fully automatic Wi-Fi Transponder system equipped with on - line cream separator to Ghee making, Fat free sterilized milk, long shelf life fat free paneer, herbal ghee, low cholesterol ghee, energy drink, whey drink and many more.


Selection of dairy products is determined on the basis of market demand. At this stage all eventualities of adulteration, contamination, theft, pilferage, transit loss etc is totally eliminated as at no stage direct contact of workmen with the product would be possible, Above all, the entire plant would be daily auto flushed and cleaned ( Cleaning in process CIP), to ensure optimum hygienic process condition. The system would be functioning duly controlled by especially designed computer software for weighing, fat, and SNF, proteins, water & lactose analysis of the output of each cow.


Biological history of each animal is maintained, assimilated and recorded for systematic and methodical operations of the entire project. Well designed and extensively tested feed stock of cent percent organic purity containing balanced nutritional value is administered to the livestock. This is done in healthy condition with great efforts supported by large panel of Dieticians and Nutrition Experts of animal husbandry. We have invented several formulations for balanced feeding of the herd. Adequate arrangements for nursing of sick animals are provided in the laboratory at the dairy premises and great emphasis would be laid on its gradual up gradation. Milk yield of sick animal is destroyed for strict quality control parameters.

Task Risk Management: This is not a Greenfield project as it is perceived to be, but a tested, proven and highly successful module in the worst environmental conditions. Doing it in India, in the most conducive conditions for dairy development, will be the safest bet.

We will have the best available cattle in the country, adopt world-class dairy management practices and expect minimal yield and performance fully insured for unforeseen events. A key to successful dairying is in two prime, critical factors; availability of water and good quality green/dry fodder. Both these factors are available in abundance at the site.
